I am a fully qualified soft tissue therapist with a level 4 diploma in Remedial and Sports Massage, Injury and Rehabilitation I also have a DN1 qualification in Dry needling.

I live in Nottingham, am married to Sally (an Acupuncture practitioner, Personal Trainer and massage therapist) and have two young children.

In my spare time I enjoy running, keeping fit and healthy and have completed all distances from 5k through to ultra marathon distance events (100km).

 

Active involvement in sports and a curiosity about how the body works prompted me to learn more about anatomy and physiology and encouraged me to undertake my studies to become a soft tissue therapist therapist.

As someone who has an active lifestyle, I appreciate both the mental and physical trauma caused by injury and musculoskeletal pain and am passionate about not only getting people back to fitness quickly and safely but also advocate therapy for injury prevention.

I have a private practive based at my home address and also offer my services to corporate clients as well as at the University of Nottingham Sports injury Clinic, where i provided treatment to patients as well as teach physio and sports rehabilitation students massage.
